RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

All returns must be notified with 5DAYS of receipt for store credit only.

Store credit memo will be issued after the items received and inspected by the manager.

All online and email order returns require a Return Authorization (RA) form.

Any merchandise sent back without the RA# will be disregarded and credit will not be issued.

Must be unopened and include original manufacturer's label & packing otherwise a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

RA# must include: COMPANY NAME, INVOICE #, STYLE #, QUANTITY, COLOR.
